Based in Russellville, AR with a full-service maintenance terminal in North Little Rock, Transco operates 470+ power units and 1,300 dry van trailers. The fleet is built around ultra-modern assets, JIT-focused freight, and a culture that recognizes and celebrates its drivers. Pets welcome. An open-door policy that goes all the way to the President. That's Team TLI. CDL-A Truck Drivers - Teams Overview Team earnings that stack up fast. Teams can earn up to $220,000 per year together, with base CPM ranging 74-92CPM. A guaranteed raise at your 1-year anniversary plus a CPM bump for teams exceeding 20,000 monthly miles mean your earning power keeps climbing.* $25,000 sign-on bonus - available now. Qualified teams may receive a $25,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time (depending on location). Talk to a recruiter for current availability and terms.* Great home time with flexibility to earn more. Get home as often as weekly or stay out longer to maximize miles and income. Transco gives teams the flexibility to run the way that works for them. Late-model equipment, team-ready.
