Job Title: Superintendent Location: Eau Claire, WI Company: The Boldt Company Anticipated Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000

As a Superintendent, you'll play a critical leadership role on a high-profile healthcare project supporting an emergency department expansion for a major Midwest health system. More than just leading the work, you'll build strong relationshipsserving as a trusted partner to project teams, trade partners, and owners to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership position where collaboration drives success, and where your ability to connect, communicate, and align people will have a direct impact on how the work gets done.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-first environment and values open communication and shared accountability. You bring not only strong field leadership across complex scopes like concrete, structural steel, and healthcare environmentsbut also a genuine commitment to working alongside others to solve problems and move projects forward together. You'll lead production planning efforts, coordinate daily operations, and invest in developing the next generation of field leaderscreating an environment where people can succeed while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Boldt's culture and values.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of construction experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
  • 2+ years of healthcare construction experience either ground up construction or capital improvements within an active hospital.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and field operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others.
  • Ability to coordinate complex scopes, particularly in: concrete productivity and execution, structural steel coordination, and multi-trade sequencing and logistics.
  • Experience leading production planning, look-ahead scheduling and daily huddles
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and work closely with project teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Willingness to travel as needed across Midwest.
  • Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, and enclosure systems.
