Job Overview
Enel Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a Part-Time position within a leading organization committed to building the future through sustainable power. Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be integral to our operational success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Developing detailed project plans to track progress and manage resources effectively.
- Coordinating internal resources and third-party contractors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Performing comprehensive risk management to minimize potential risks to the project.
- Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including progress reports and stakeholder communications.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and in line with our company's commitment to sustainability.
Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of success in project management. The required qualifications for this role are:
- Demonstrable experience in a project management role, preferably within the energy or renewables sector.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Solid organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or project management is preferred.
- A recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be a significant advantage.
