About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, including organizing workflow, assigning tasks, and evaluating staff performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, as well as mentoring and developing our nursing staff. Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care
• Organize and manage workflow, prioritizing tasks and delegating duties to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, promoting open communication and coordination of care
