Job description

Job Description:

  • Manage patient referrals and build accurate patient records
  • Field incoming patient calls and coordinate scheduling changes
  • Serve as first line of support for internal helpdesk
  • Support daily virtual clinic operations and assist with billing tasks
  • Maintain data accuracy across EMRs, trackers, and internal tools

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, customer service, or healthcare-related roles
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Spanish-language proficiency is a plus
