TITLE: Sr. Administrative Coordinator REPORTS TO: Director of Operations SUPERVISES: None JOB CLASS: Nonexempt GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: This position provides administrative support to the leadership staff by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies while providing information-management support and monitoring administrative projects JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them in person or on the telephone; answer or refer inquiries to appropriate personnel; coordinate lunches & refreshments
- Review & print daily schedule for Director
- Maintain safety and security by following procedures, monitoring visitor log, issuing visitor passes and personal safety equipment
- Assist Plant Manager and Staff by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information (Operations Daily Attendance)
- Daily Maintain complex calendars & conference rooms by planning and scheduling meetings
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
- Prepare travel arrangements
- Develop and utilize filing and retrieval systems
- Assist with presentation material coordination
- Expense report reconciliation
- Special event coordination
- Prepare and update meeting minutes
- Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems, recording and distributing meeting minutes
- Update Leadership Staff Board (In/Out)
- PEAK Role: RSL Cascading Communication PAC Lead
- Forward Newell Anniversaries & Birthdays of Salaried Team
- Schedule w/Director & HR Quarterly Communication Meetings Take Q & A from Com. Mtg.
- Maintain Korbyt TV Monitoring (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) w/updates
- Assist w/Janitorial Team (Duncan & Sons) Review complaints & follow up
- Prepare weekly payroll deductions for Company Store Forward to Angie Thompson, Payroll Specialist
- Maintain spreadsheet for Finance for cross charges for various visits of other sites/corporate visits for food charges & expenses
- Maintain North America Fleet Management Maintenance & scheduling two company vehicles SEAL Safety Champion of Fleet Management Company Vehicles
- Assist salaried personnel w/expense reporting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp for varying periods of time during work day
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in similar role reporting to Plant Manager Level or above
