ResponsibilitiesLead the sales department by setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative, positive environment for our agents.
Oversee the full lifecycle of client acquisition, from initial outreach to policy closing.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our long-term growth objectives for the Newport News office.
Provide hands-on coaching and professional development opportunities to our sales team to ensure we are consistently providing high-quality advice.
Represent The Atlantic District in the community to build brand awareness and lasting partnerships.
Analyze sales metrics regularly to refine our approach and improve client satisfaction.
RequirementActive Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or brokerage services.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and guide team performance.
Solid understanding of local insurance market dynamics in Virginia.
Strong proficiency in client relationship management software.
Bachelors degree in business, communications, or a related field is helpful.
