Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Desktop/Tech Support II professional to support a large-scale printer migration project for a large enterprise healthcare organization. This individual will be responsible for updating SMTP configurations on approximately 2,500 printers to support Proofpoint scan-to-email functionality across multiple locations.
This is a project-focused role with little to no ticket support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable accessing printer administration consoles via IP address, updating printer configurations, following deployment schedules, documenting work, and collaborating with project managers and operations teams to ensure project completion. Candidates must be able to ramp up quickly following a brief 2-3 day training period and work efficiently to meet project goals and weekly metrics.

- Experience supporting and configuring printers or other network-connected devices through an admin console
- Experience supporting printers and other network connected hardware
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to follow technical documentation/processes
- Experience configuring SMTP settings and/or scan-to-email functionality
