Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• RReview applications and identify qualified candidates for a variety of positions across the organization.

• Guide candidates through our structured Road to Hire process while providing a professional and positive hiring experience.

• Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, communicate with hiring managers, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain candidate records within Hireology and other recruiting systems while managing job postings and recruiting activity.

• Review Culture Index results using established company guidelines.

• Coordinate background checks and assist with offer letter preparation.

• Maintain recruiting spreadsheets, reports, and hiring trackers.

• Re-engage previous candidates when new career opportunities become available.

• Support career fairs, hiring events, school partnerships, and community recruiting initiatives.

• Partner closely with the Recruiting Manager and dealership leaders to help meet hiring goals across multiple dealership locations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a standard background check

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software systems

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• High attention to detail

• No previous recruiting or Human Resources experience required—we'll provide the training.

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, administrative support, or other people-focused roles is a plus but not required.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
