Job description
To enhance patient access and revenue cycle efficiency, the full-time Oncology Reimbursement Specialist will analyze billing processes, coordinate communication with insurance providers, and manage departmental performance reporting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze and provide feedback on department-specific reports to ensure accurate billing and compliance Coordinate projects and audits to improve revenue cycle processes and efficiency of billing and collection efforts Trend and report on departmental performance indicators, making recommendations for financial system improvements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with post-secondary courses in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration Four years of related experience in healthcare, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field as a substitute for experience Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, billing/collections, and insurance claims Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint Experience in developing and providing training to new and existing employees
