Working remotely on a full-time basis, the EMT/Paramedic Dispatcher will manage intake, triage, and access to care for members across the country during three 12-hour shifts on weekends, plus an additional 4-hour shift during the week as needed. Key responsibilities Screen requests for services from members and coordinate the assignment of care resources Collaborate with field operations managers and Virtual Urgent Care to initiate responses based on assessed needs Identify and escalate issues related to safety and service delivery while documenting assessments across multiple platforms Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a relevant role with a Paramedic or EMT license Ability to work a consistent weekend schedule with additional weekday hours as needed Experience in coordinating care resources across multiple states Proficiency in using assessment tools and documentation across various platforms Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk assessment related to emergency care
