Job description
To support a growing Management Consulting domain, the part-time Strategy Consultant for AI Training will build realistic consulting project environments, design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria and quality standards, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build realistic consulting project environments based on real engagement dynamics Design structured consulting tasks that reflect actual consulting work for AI agents Define evaluation criteria and quality standards to train and calibrate an LLM-based grading system Required qualifications 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain Hands-on project experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into analytical plans Ability to build financial models and synthesize findings from complex data Experience in producing client-ready deliverables under time pressure Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
