HII's Mission Technologies division is seeking a senior-level Insider Threat Specialist to support the Office of National Security (ONS) within the Immediate Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This position will fall under the Intelligence Division and will focus on providing insider-threat analysis, risk identification, and analytic support to senior HHS leaders.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive insider-threat analysis, integrating behavioral, technical, and counterintelligence indicators; to identify, assess, and elevate potential risks across the HHS. The candidate will provide and support briefings to senior departmental leaders and Operating/Staff Divisions, ensuring decision-makers maintain awareness of emerging insider-threat trends, foreign intelligence risks, and organizational vulnerabilities, consistent with ONS insider-threat engagement practices.
Responsibilities include identifying emerging threats within the assigned portfolio; collaborating with federal, IC, and departmental partners; participation in ONS insider-threatrelated working groups and interagency meetings; and producing high-quality analytic and operational insider-threat products consistent with established CI/ITP tradecraft standards.
