We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Prompt Engineering Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enable employees, customers, or learners to effectively use Generative AI tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), AI best practices, and adult learning methodologies, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and self-paced training programs on prompt engineering and Generative AI.
• Create learning materials, presentations, hands-on exercises, assessments, and certification content.
• Train learners on effective prompting techniques for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and other LLM-based platforms.
• Demonstrate best practices for prompt design, prompt optimization, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Educate participants on Responsible AI, AI ethics, privacy, security, and governance considerations.
• Customize training programs for different business functions, including marketing, HR, sales, customer support, software development, and operations.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, boot camps, and live demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assess learner progress through quizzes, practical exercises, and feedback sessions.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and emerging AI tools.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, AI, Product, and Business teams to continuously improve training content.
• Provide post-training guidance, office hours, and coaching to support AI adoption across the organization.
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate training, technical training, instructional design, AI consulting, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and LLM capabilities.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging learning programs for adult learners.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of AI knowledge.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or similar).
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI, and data privacy concepts.
• Experience creating video tutorials, e-learning modules, or online courses.
• Relevant certifications in AI, instructional design, training, or cloud technologies are an advantage.
