About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to spearhead the strategic and operational aspects of attracting and hiring top talent across its multi-state organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function, setting and executing the strategy to meet the diverse hiring needs of the clinical, operational, and corporate sectors. This role demands a leader with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in the behavioral health, clinical, or healthcare sectors, and a proven track record in building and enhancing employer brands. The VP will also be tasked with designing and implementing proactive sourcing strategies, managing the recruiting technology stack, and championing inclusive hiring practices. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, at least 10 years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the intersection between workforce planning and organizational finances. Experience in a unionized or partially unionized environment, as well as a background in total rewards frameworks, is highly valued. The role requires a strategic partner who can work closely with senior leadership, including the CHRO, to ensure that the talent acquisition function aligns with the company's mission and values. The VP will be expected to use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement, and to build and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team.
