Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.
About the Role:
As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a research-based approach that helps improve communication, learning, and daily living skills. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, as well as support and reinforce the skills learned by our clients.
Service Areas:
Cleveland, Beachwood, & surrounding areas including Parma, Garfield Heights, Akron, Lakewood
What We Offer:
Competitive pay up to $24/hour based on experience and certification
Flexible scheduling options: full-time or part-time (15–40 hours/week) with flexible shifts

Paid RBT training – start working as a Behavior Technician while we cover the cost of your certification
Mileage reimbursement with minimal travel—clients matched within a 15-mile radius

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
