Job description
Leading the architecture and evolution of revenue systems, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Systems & AI will manage the implementation of tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, focusing on integrating AI and automation to enhance productivity across the revenue organization. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce for Sales and Customer Success, ensuring automation and AI integration from the start Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve revenue team productivity Own the full GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across all systems Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and implementation Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with conversation intelligence tools Experience leading CRM migrations or major system transformations Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
