Travel Registered Nurse Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit jobs in Cincinnati, OH let you work at the facility, a fast-paced hospital with state-of-the-art technology and nationally recognized standards of care. You will care for patients in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases of cardiovascular procedures, including open heart and ventricular assist devices, and document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Ohio RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and recent CVICU or critical care nursing experience. Recommended skills include CCRN and CSC certifications, strong clinical assessment, proficiency with invasive lines and hemodynamic monitoring, and the ability to work autonomously in a high-acuity environment.
