Job Description

Lead day-to-day field operations and serve as the primary liaison between project teams, owners, architects, and engineers. Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules while proactively managing critical path activities. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and timely material deliveries. Identify and resolve field challenges related to sequencing, logistics, staffing, design clarifications, and overall project execution. Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring work complies with project specifications and contract documents. Review and address schedule impacts, productivity concerns, and subcontractor performance issues. Prepare and manage RFIs while documenting field conditions that may affect budget, schedule, or scope. Oversee site logistics, permit compliance, and insurance requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with managing General Conditions and maintaining budget expectations. Foster a collaborative jobsite culture built on accountability, trust, mentorship, and continuous development.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or construction field leader. Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, means and methods, scheduling, and site operations. Healthcare construction experience and ICRA knowledge are highly desirable but not required. Working knowledge of construction cost controls and basic project financial management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction technology tools. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. OSHA 30 certification required. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop field personnel. Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions. Capable of occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
