Job Title: Key Holder Location: East Hampton, NY Report To: Store Manager
The Key Holder supports store leadership in daily operations and ensures a strong guest experience on the sales floor. This role acts as manager-on-duty when needed, supports team performance, and helps drive sales while maintaining brand and operational standards.
Retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong passion for guest experience and sales Ability to support and guide team members Strong organizational and time management skills Clear communication and ability to manage priorities Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Guest-first mindset with strong clienteling focus Driven to achieve sales goals and support team performance Understanding of KPIs including conversion, AOV, and productivity Strong sense of ownership and accountability Detail-oriented and highly organized Positive, collaborative team player Energetic and engaged on the sales floor
Hourly rate: $18 $22 per hour 2024 hours/week for part-time positions 3240 hours/week for full-time positions Schedule subject to change based on business needs and events Health benefits available for full-time employees 401(k) eligibility
