Position Summary: The Sales Associate's primary responsibility is to drive sales by consistently providing our customers with world-class customer service, which supports our mission of being "the most helpful hardware stores on the planet!"
Education/Training: High School diploma or GED equivalent, will train high school students. Possess a willingness to learn.
Experience: Establishing relationships and working with customers. Trade skills accompanied by a personality that will support our Core Values and mission is a plus but will train.
Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge of retail computer systems a plus. Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
