Engineering Manager, Frontend Development

Leading a high-performing team of frontend engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager, Frontend Development will drive the strategy for Zocdoc's design system and accessible React component library, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience across web and mobile platforms while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and grow a team focused on design systems and accessible component libraries Own the strategy and roadmap for the design system, driving adoption across product teams Establish processes for accessibility in product development across web and mobile surfaces Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong foundation in frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript) 2+ years of experience leading and inspiring engineering teams Experience building or contributing to a design system or shared component library Proven track record of developing accessible consumer products on web and mobile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
