Administrative Assistant, CRS. Inc.
POSITION SUMMARY: CRS Inc is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to be the organizational glue for our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting managers and staff with essential clerical and administrative tasks. You'll be crucial in managing our office environment and serving as a key point of contact. This is a 40 hour per week position working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. This position is contracted with CRS Inc. and applications for this position will be shared with CRS Inc. This job listing is through CRS, Inc., for Cardiopulmonary Services at Hansen Family Hospital. This is a contracted position that will work with the Cardiopulmonary Services team at HFH. This position is not employed by HFH. Pay and all other hiring aspects will be through CRS, Inc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DETAILED DUTIES:
- Assists in maintaining correspondences, reports, forms, special projects, visitors and supplies.
- Processes provider's orders.
- Performs Vital Signs.
- Schedules appointments.
- Filing/special typing projects i.e., policies and procedures, meeting minutes, etc.
- Communicates pertinent information to other members of the health care team.
- Documents patient information in the electronic/paper record in an accurate, timely manner.
- Performs other responsibilities as requested by the Cardiopulmonary Leader.
- Supports and abides by all departmental and safety policies and procedures.
- Follows the standards of behavior.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School graduate or GED
- Experience: Medical experience preferred
- Special Skills & Aptitudes: Must be detail oriented and able to organize. Must have good computer and communication skills. Ability to perform detailed assignments follows direction, understand work has interruptions, and relate to patients, hospital staff, and visitors. Ability to recognize personal training needs and follow through to gain new competencies
