PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for monitoring and properly documenting camera & gate systems activity at all security equipped USA Truck locations . The accurate entry of information into the claim system when working Accident & OSD Hotline. Insuring that Post Accident Drug Test (PADAT) is completed as required following a DOT Accident. Responsible for Hazmat Hotline and Auditing Bill of Lading on all Hazmat Loads. Responsible for taking complaints from the general public on driver team members and properly documenting, investigating and addressing them accordingly. Responsible for speed alarms Qualificat ions and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity of TMW System preferred Knowledge of Hazmat Regulations preferred Preferred Skills Ability to Handle High levels of stress. Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results. Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.
