Position Overview Universal Banker within PNC's Cheyenne Mountain and Hwy organization, based in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver full PNC conversations with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures; demonstrate sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Education: Associates degree or equivalent educational experience. No required certifications or licenses. Pay and Incentives Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
