Overview Personal Injury Firm Seeks Talented Paralegal Growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm seeks a highly skilled and professional Paralegal to support a senior attorney handling a busy caseload. This is an immediate hiring need, and the firm is looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of files, and provide exceptional support throughout the life of a case. Responsibilities • Support senior attorney and manage case files throughout the lifecycle of each case. • Provide exceptional assistance to ensure smooth case progression. Qualifications 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience. Strong understanding of personal injury pre‑litigation and litigation processes. Experience obtaining and analyzing medical records and billing documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and client‑service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Spanish‑speaking ability is a strong plus. Salary & Benefits • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, with up to $70,000+ depending on experience. • Quarterly performance bonus opportunity of up to $2,000 per quarter (up to $8,000 annually). • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance. • Employer‑funded pension plan with company contributions. • Hybrid work schedule available following a successful 4‑month onboarding and training period.
