Salary Range:$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Hours per week: 40 hours
Job Summary
The Facilities Technician will be responsible for completing daily and preventative building unit and grounds maintenance at the properties.
Essential Functions
Completes general and preventive maintenance daily.
Performs seasonally appropriate grounds maintenance.
