Job description
ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing home remodeling company thats helping homeowners transform their spaces with premium flooring solutions. As the company continues to grow theyre looking for motivated sales professionals to join their team.

As an In-Home Flooring Sales Representative youll meet with homeowners through qualified company-provided appointments assess their needs recommend customized flooring solutions and guide customers through the entire sales process.

What Youll Do
  • Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and consultations.
  • Recommend flooring solutions based on customer needs.
  • Prepare quotes and close sales.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to sale.
What Were Looking For
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Competitive self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Coachable with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays.
  • Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance.
  • Manage your schedule and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
