Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and scaling successful catering operations?
We're partnering with a fast-growing, health-focused Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand based in Manhattan that currently operates multiple locations, with additional expansion already underway. This is an outstanding opportunity to join the executive leadership team and take ownership of one of the company's fastest-growing business channels: Catering, Breakfast, and Group Orders.
About the OpportunityAs Director of Catering Operations, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and continued growth of the company's catering division across multiple locations. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll oversee daily operations while developing the systems, processes, and organizational structure needed to support long-term expansion.
This is a highly visible headquarters leadership role offering significant career growth as the company expands from two to three locations and continues building a nationally recognized healthy food brand.
