Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani a national law firm with offices in all 50 States has an immediate need for an ETT Paralegal in its Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates must have at least 3 years of asbestos and/or toxic tort litigation experience. There may be flexible options for successful candidates including hybrid and remote opportunities. This is a full-time position.
Ideal candidates will have a solid knowledge of litigation support and case management experience organizing large caseloads discovery trial preparation and experience assisting at trial and familiarity with the California and Federal rules of civil procedure. Responsibilities include client contact document review and production drafting and responding to discovery indexing exhibit preparation investigation and research.

The yearly salary range is between $45000-$100000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience including the location where the position is filled.
