Work at our conveniently located office at 7241 Fenton Road in Grand Blanc, Michigan. We are currently hiring new Alarm Monitoring & Customer Support Representatives to join our second shift. The ability to work weekends and holidays is a must. Full Time Opportunity $15 /hour starting pay Level Up in Pay as your Skills and Experience Level Up! Second Shift Hours 2pm-10pm Expect to work 32-40 hours As an Alarm Monitoring & Customer Support Representative you will specialize in primarily commercial and some residential alarm monitoring and be confident that you will join a team of dedicated, skilled professionals who are committed to our client's complete satisfaction. As a member of the Central Station Monitoring team, you will be the one notifying our Clients of verified alarms, when help is on the way or working with them directly to offer solutions to ensure their needs have been met. You will also dispatch police and fire authorities when verified alarms are presented. No industry experience is necessary. We provide you with an extensive 4-6 week paid training program to give you the skills needed to handle emergency alarms, procedures, and protocols to protect life and property. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age with High School Education, GED or equivalent. 1-2 years customer support-related experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (MS365 a plus) Solucient Security Client Support Associates work in our state-of-the-art alarm monitoring center. Our highly trained and customer-driven team provides focused monitoring on intrusion, fire, life safety alarms for both residential and commercial customers.
