Preferred Qualifications Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Fundamentals. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira). Interest in continuous improvement and Agile methodologies. Technical background or experience in software development or related fields.
