Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our personal injury practice. The successful candidate will evaluate incoming claims, prepare demand letters, lead settlement negotiation efforts, and manage the pre-suit phase of personal injury matters to achieve favorable resolutions for clients while minimizing litigation. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent written advocacy, and the ability to develop strategic case positions to maximize client recovery prior to filing suit.
