Under the general oversight of the Division Chief / Deputy Division Chief, reporting to the Section Chief, successful candidates will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment services and ensuring operational excellence across the Fund's talent acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end external and internal recruitment processes for Headquarters A1–B3 vacancies, with the flexibility to support a broader range of job categories as business needs require.

  • Provide guidance to departmental HR teams on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational talent needs.

  • Partner closely with Client Services (HRBPs) colleagues and hiring departments throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, salary determination, negotiations, and offer management.

  • Ensure seamless delivery of recruitment operations in collaboration with HR Analysts, maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and customer service.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, proactively identifying needs and tailoring solutions to enhance the client experience and facilitate effective issue resolution.

  • Respond to inquiries from hiring managers, departmental HR teams, and candidates regarding recruitment policies, procedures, and processes, escalating complex matters as appropriate.

  • Collaborate closely with Talent and Total Rewards Centers of Expertise (COEs) to ensure effective implementation of policies, programs, and strategic initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of recruitment policies, procedures, and operational practices, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Monitor recruitment trends, labor market developments, and emerging talent acquisition practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives, special projects, and other HR-related activities as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR operations, with particular expertise in recruitment processes, policies, and talent acquisition best practices, and/or related functions.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies relevant to recruitment and HR operations is highly desirable. Ability to identify and apply innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and talent acquisition outcomes will be an advantage.

  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner with stakeholders across functions, levels, and cultures.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

  • Strong customer service orientation, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
