Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Call: Approximately 10 days per month, including 1 or occasionally 2 weekends with a 30-minute call response time. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular OR Technician to join our open-heart team. The ideal candidate will have experience scrubbing for cardiac bypass, valve replacements, and robotic lung cases, which are the primary procedures undertaken in our cardiovascular operating room. Responsibilities Scrubbing and assisting in various cardiovascular surgeries. Maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring all necessary instruments are available. Collaborating with the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care. Willingness to scrub general OR cases when not needed in the CVOR. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Proven experience as a Cardiovascular OR Technician. Expertise in scrubbing for cardiac surgeries including bypass, valve replacements, and robotic lung cases. Ability to effectively respond to and manage emergency situations in the OR.
