As a Line Cook at Trudie's Tavern, you are the engine of our kitchen. We are building a brand-new team and a new culinary culture from the ground up, and we are looking for cooks who are eager to learn, grow, and take pride in the food they produce. You will work closely with the Chef and management team to bring our menu to life, ensuring every dish meets our high standards for quality and consistency. This is a place for focused, energetic individuals who thrive in a positive, supportive work environment.
Schedule:
We offer both full-time and part-time hourly roles. Candidates can expect a schedule of 3–5 days per week, with standard shifts lasting approximately 8 hours. Please note that availability for nights, weekends, and select holidays is required. To ensure team consistency and operational success, we require a minimum commitment of three shifts per week.
