Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping translate priorities into clear plans and consistent execution. This role will support operating rhythms, cross-functional coordination, strategic initiatives, and executive decision-making.
The position offers broad exposure across the organization and the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibility over time.
Key responsibilities include managing key priorities and operating rhythms, translating leadership direction into clear plans, owners, and deadlines, tracking progress against organizational goals and performance measures, coordinating execution across multiple teams and functions, supporting strategic planning and other high-priority initiatives, preparing meetings, presentations, and decision-making materials, reviewing operational and financial information to identify issues and opportunities, improving communication, accountability, and organizational alignment, identifying execution gaps and helping resolve cross-functional challenges, representing senior leadership in meetings when appropriate, managing special projects from planning through completion, and supporting administrative and organizational priorities as needed.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and adaptable professional with strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills. Strong candidates will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with limited direction, and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience may include consulting, military leadership, operations, business development, project management, or a previous Chief of Staff role. A low-ego mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across teams are important.
New York City. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring periodic travel.
Base Salary: $200K$250K plus equity and benefits.
