is searching for a Family Practice /OB Physician who is looking for a Hospital Employed Opportunity
Outpatient FP becoming part of a group of 6 FP physicians and 1 PA.
OB, Peds, GYN , geriatrics
Also Deliveries and Inpatient/Outpatient with Call
Call is 1 in 6 From July 2024 through June 2025 -112hospitalwide deliveries.
From July 2024 through present 99 deliveries hospitalwide.
Number of Patients per day will be 10 to 12
Must be BC/BE within 5 years post Residency training
provider practice; office located in Medical Office Building, attached to the hospital
Employed position competitive salary plus full benefits (productivity, loan reimbursement, relocation discussed on initial phone interview)
7 weeks (includes vacation, sick, holiday, education)
$4000/year CME $

Full hospitalist service 24/7

General Hospital: i s a 25-bed, independent critical access hospital located in Skowhegan, Maine. The hospital provides care to over 30,000 residents in central Maine. A beautiful state of the art medical office building adjacent to the hospital provides easy access to primary and specialty care. A medical staff of more than 40 physicians skilled in a variety of fields, and 722 full and part-time professional and technical employees ensure the delivery of progressive health and medical services.
RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY: The Town is located along the Kennebec River. Located in the rolling hills of southern Somerset County, the area is rich in history. Close to Sugarloaf Mountain, one of the best ski areas in the United States. Only an hour to Maine's spectacular coast, and to Portland Maine's largest city. The area's schools are highly rated.
