PAY

Guaranteed Total Earnings: $20-$22/hour DOE

• Base Pay: $16.90/hour

• Tip makeup guarantees your total hourly earnings of $20-$22/hour

• If tips don't bring you to your guaranteed hourly rate, Mini Kabob makes up the difference

• Starting pay is based on experience and performance

• High-performing team members may have opportunities for pay increases beyond this range based on performance, tenure, and overall contribution.

SCHEDULE

• Full-Time

• Thursday-Sunday

• 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service

• Take customer orders and process payments accurately

• Coordinate pickup, online, and delivery orders

• Verify every order for accuracy before it leaves the restaurant.

• Communicate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service

• Keep the front counter clean, stocked, and organized

• Assist with catering orders and other daily operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant customer service experience required

• Experience with counter service, expediting, and taking customer orders

• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
