We're looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Client Service Representative to support warehouse operations and provide excellent customer service. This role is a mix of office administration and operations support, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people and technology.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6: 45 AM 3: 15 PM (occasional Saturdays)
Pay: $19/hr
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients by phone and email.
Process customer orders and update information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
Provide shipping updates and respond to customer inquiries.
Perform general office and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Previous office, customer service, receptionist, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.
