Providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists, the part-time Washington Licensed Associate Supervisor will work remotely, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and focusing on positive outcomes for youth mental health. Key responsibilities Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists delivering teletherapy services Monitor compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards among supervisees Utilize tools and resources to track progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal client outcomes Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
