Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys! Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner, and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments. Responsibilities Survey residential and commercial properties. Take photos of the property. Obtain property details and overall conditions. Provide reports in a timely manner. Submit report online via PC/Desktop with attachments. Required qualifications Reliable car to drive to inspections. Computer running Windows 10 or newer. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet. Basic computer and communication skills.
