A dynamic opportunity is available for a PRN Pharmacist to support an expanding compounding pharmacy specializing in GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapies, and female hormone medications, with potential future growth into testosterone treatments. This role is based in the Doral, FL area and offers a flexible contract position starting immediately, with training scheduled on July 16 and coverage beginning July 17.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory oversight ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
- Support operational workflows during the launch of sterile compounding services
- Review and update policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to maintain smooth pharmacy operations
- Deliver pharmacist coverage as needed during regular operational hours
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Florida Pharmacist License (required)
- Experience with pharmacy start-ups is strongly preferred but not mandatory
- Background in compounding pharmacy, either sterile or non-sterile, is a significant plus
- Retail pharmacy experience is acceptable
- Willingness and ability to train on compounding processes if necessary
