Compensation Salary Range: $51.03 - $70.11 / hour The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. This position provides input for the development of policies and procedures, training and best practices for use within the Ultrasound department and assists in implementing standardization, performance improvement, integration and optimization strategies. The Ultrasound Supervisor works in close conjunction with the Diagnostic Imaging department leadership team to ensure employee competencies, training and other departmental projects are completed in a timely manner and is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, customer service and quality standards. The Ultrasound Supervisor serves as the primary resource for ultrasound related information throughout the organization.
