Job description
Providing exceptional client service remotely, the part-time or full-time Remote Client Experience Coordinator will consult with clients, coordinate reservations, and create personalized itineraries while working from home. Key responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their preferences and needs Research and coordinate accommodations, activities, and transportation services Prepare customized itineraries and maintain accurate client records Required qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, or sales experience is helpful but not required Comfortable using email, online scheduling platforms, and computer applications Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
