Job description

Job Description:

  • Execute brand strategy and tactics in field to maximize sales performance.
  • Build strong customer relationships and address customer needs.
  • Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives.
  • Effectively handle objections and consistently close sales calls.
  • Develop and execute a call plan to optimize coverage and frequency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
  • At least five (5) years of experience with three (3) or more years of experience within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred.
  • Demonstrates in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools.
  • Must be fluent in English and meet all HCIR credentialing requirements.
