Someone who can build and run the operational engine of this business, represent the lead agent with confidence when he is out of the city — which is roughly 40 percent of the time — and make the kind of judgment calls that keep a high‑producing business moving without missing a beat. The Bigger Picture This role has a long runway. As the business grows, so does your opportunity. Adding support staff, shaping team structure, and stepping into an increasingly strategic seat alongside the lead agent are all on the table for the right person. We are not filling a vacancy. We are building something, and we want someone who wants to build alongside us.
