De zorgdoelen en -taken variëren van: opvolgen huishouden activiteiten dagelijks leven observeren fysieke en psychische gezondheid de persoonlijke verzorging Om de twee weken kom je met de collega’s uit jouw team samen om de planning te overlopen, ervaringen te delen en zorgsituaties te bespreken.
