What You'll Do
Perform blood collection procedures including venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages
Prepare and process specimens accurately following established protocols
Verify patient information and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient's presence
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards
Deliver exceptional patient service while creating a safe, comfortable environment
Adhere to all safety, quality, and organizational policies and procedures
Travel between sites as needed to support patient service centers and in-office locations
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Keyboard/data entry skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet compliance requirements
