This position will support the Staffing Manager and Associate Director in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Working closely with the Staffing Manager, the role will coordinate HR workflows and processes, including posting job openings, hiring, and onboarding. Additionally, this position will assist with postdoctoral appointments and be prepared to help with or perform all HR functions and actions. The individual in this role is expected to interact with all levels of leadership and staff.

This position is contingent upon funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Fine Arts, and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level. Internal organization and peer data at Penn are also considered.
